You can request a full refund of any Thr Solutions digital product within 30 days of the purchase date. You do not need to explain your reason.

How to request a refund

Email contato@thrsolutions.online from the address used at purchase, with the product name and your order details. We confirm receipt within 2 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to show the credit.

After a refund

Access to the product is deactivated once the refund is issued.

Requests after 30 days

Requests made after the 30-day period are not covered by this guarantee. If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can solve it faster.
